The facilities management works are as stated below:
- Implement a planned preventive maintenance in the best commercial practice to ensure smooth and safety running of equipment and building facilities and comfortable environment for all occupants and visitors, and to prolong the life of equipment.
- Conduct monthly inspection to the building facilities and equipments done by Competent Engineer in the presence of a Chargemen, to report the current condition of the facilities and equipments. The report then will be submitted to Energy Commission for further action.
- Regulation 68(1), Electricity Regulations 1994 states that each Electrical Service Engineer or a Competent Electrical Engineer or Electrical Supervisor shall inspect the installation and shall record and submit all findings, recommendations, and instructions to the Energy Commission and the owner, management or licensee of the installation.
- As required by Regulation 110(3), Electricity Regulations 1994 states that besides domestic installations, an installation needs to be inspected and tested by a competent person at least once every five years, or at any time as directed by the Energy Commission.
- Familiarization of the M&E systems in building to ensure minimum disruption in the operation of the building. Supervision of all the workers, to ensure effective preventive and corrective maintenance are carried out.
- Record and monitoring the performance of equipment and ensure the operation is within recommended control limits. To supply all necessary tools and equipment needed to carry out daily operations and maintenance of the system.
- Implementing routine, preventive & scheduled maintenance program & defining procedures and work processes involved in routine / schedule / preventive maintenance work.
- We also clean and maintain, in proper condition, the room provided as site operational office and take such measures as possible to ensure minimum interruptions to plant operations during repairs or trouble-shooting and ensure minimum inconvenience time to occupants. We do daily inspection / routine maintenance to all M&E systems.
